General Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchase agreements between consumers and our company, covering all product orders submitted through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We recommend reviewing them regularly as they may be updated. The site is available in multiple languages including English, Swedish, German, Norwegian, Danish and French. Special terms apply for Clubhouse Members .

Sale Terms
Sales apply to selected styles from designated collections with possible exclusions. Offers are valid online and in participating stores, cannot be combined with other promotions, and are available exclusively to Clubhouse members during promotional periods only .

Shipping & Returns
During sales periods, delivery times may be extended. We offer an extended return period for sale items. Free shipping thresholds vary by country:

  • 80 GBP (UK)
  • 90 CHF (CH)
  • 800 SEK (SE)
  • 800 NOK (NO)
  • 800 DKK (DK) 

Returns must be in perfect condition with original packaging and tags. A return fee applies (4.95 EUR/5.95 CHF/5.95 GBP/50 SEK/50 NOK/50 DKK, 19.90 EUR for South Korea), deducted from refunds .

Order Process
A binding agreement is created when we confirm your order. You must be at least 18 years old and use approved payment methods. We reserve the right to decline orders for various reasons including payment issues, suspected fraud, stock issues, or Terms violations .
