ORDERING
Consult our size chart for guidance on measurements. If you’re between sizes or need further assistance, our support team can help you find the perfect fit through the contact section on our website.

We offer price adjustments in the form of site credit for full-price items reduced within 30 days of purchase, and sale items reduced within 10 days. Final Sale items and promotional purchases are excluded.

All orders are subject to applicable sales tax based on regional laws. International shipments may incur VAT/duties, calculated at checkout.

Your payment method will be charged only when your order ships. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by shipping confirmation with tracking details.

To modify or cancel an order, contact us promptly before it enters shipping processing.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
Orders placed before 12 noon EST (Mon-Fri) typically ship within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Delivery times vary:

  • 2-7 business days for U.S. standard shipping
  • 7-16 days for international orders

Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders over $150. Express options include:

  • Two-Day: $25 flat fee
  • Next Day: $40 flat fee
    International express shipping costs $15 flat fee.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original packaging/tags within 30 days. Refunds exclude original shipping costs and apply only to purchases made directly through our website.

Final Sale items cannot be returned. A $20 return fee applies to international returns.

Refunds process within 7-14 business days after receiving returned items.

For damaged/defective items, report within 10 days of delivery through our website’s support section.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Select your country via the website interface to view local currency pricing. We accept major credit cards and PayPal for international orders.

All international shipments are subject to destination country’s import regulations.
